Marketing Manager
Our client is a leading coffee company with a strong presence in the FMCG industry. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive brand strategy, market growth, and promotional campaigns, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management & Strategy:
- Manage all company's brands as needed, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging.
- Develop and implement branding strategies based on market research and competitor analysis.
- Act as the brand ambassador, ensuring the company's values and mission are well represented.
- Work with distribution partners and franchisees to create marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and regional preferences.
- Lead marketing efforts for retail outlets, ensuring cohesive branding and promotional activities to drive sales.
Marketing & Promotional Activities:
- Create and manage promotional materials for internal and external use.
- Organize and participate in industry exhibitions and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and event platforms to boost brand awareness and sales.
- Oversee the creation of marketing content for social media, e-commerce platforms, websites, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely and effective marketing execution.
Market Research & Analytics:
- Conduct research to identify market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets and calendars, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
Lead Generation & Business Growth:
- Focus on generating genuine client leads through strategic marketing efforts and collaborations.
- Ensure marketing initiatives contribute to business development and revenue growth
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Industry Background: Experience in the FMCG industry is required; experience in the coffee industry is a plus.
- Nationality: Arab nationality required.
- Salary: Negotiable.
