This position reports to the Activation Hub Director, Activation Hub Manager
Primary duties and responsibilities
Proposal development:
Play a leading role in proposal development to ensure the delivery of high impact proposals; from understanding of the situation, to perspectives, Why Us, experts selection and onboarding, and look and feel
Lead the research and demonstrate critical thinking to analyze the situation and develop preliminary hypothesis for the project
Develop concise and sales-oriented storylines with the support of the AH director and manager
Independently develop punchy credential sections (why S& sections) ensuring they highlight Strategy&s right to win
Build a relationship of trust, working closely with seniors across practices
Opportunities development:
Play a leading role in driving collaterals for the firms strategic platforms (e.g. ESG, Digital, Tourism, etc.)
Play a key role in developing country / regional level assessments and gaps providing support to leadership in their go-to-market strategy
Work closely with the AH director / manager to enhance the AH offerings and increase the impact of the AH mandate
Work management and structuring:
Work autonomously with high level guidance of the AH director or manager on different sections of the proposals
Showcase energy and perseverance to pursue creative solutions to complex issues and manage stress levels in case of tight deadlines
Coach and provide guidance for junior resource members to help them effectively perform their tasks
Train juniors on proposal delivery and general consulting toolkit
Maintain a high quality and accuracy of all facets of the deliverables
Expertise aggregation and knowledge management:
Play a key role in growing the firms knowledge platform, by contributing to growing the database of proposal content available
Ensure information on internal and external experts is well stored for future usage
Continuous innovation in proposal delivery:
Work closely with the design teams (VCS and RRD) on identifying and advancing new visualization or proposal delivery models
Stay on the lookout for innovation techniques that can be used in proposal delivery
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
Qualifications:
4+ years of consulting experience (Lead A or Junior SA level)
Good understanding of RFP process and proposal writing style
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Skills:
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
Demonstrated leadership and/or relationship-building skills
Solid research, analytical and problem-solving skills
