Job Description:


As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for our clients across the MENA region. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding. Additionally, you will play a key role in business development activities to expand our client base and strengthen existing relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Attracting Talent: Utilize various platforms and techniques to source high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Client Management: Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
  • Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the recruitment and staffing industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
