Our client is a leading global consulting firm, helping the world's top businesses, governments and organizations. Looking for a new "Activation Hub Head" in their Beirut office.

This position reports to the Director of Knowledge and Delivery Center

Primary duties and responsibilities

Activation Hub strategic leadership

  • Set and refresh the strategy, vision of AH and manage day-to-day operations, while constantly seeking for improvement and growth opportunities
  • Lead proposals, internal projects and team building activities to ensure the AH is delivering on its promise for the firm and the team members
  • Build a relationship of trust with the senior leadership team, and become the go-to-person for proposal delivery across all practices
  • Coach, guide, and train junior AH team members to improve performance and ensure professional growth
  • Establish and update the career growth guidelines for the AH team, to ensure they are constantly motivated to deliver
  • Support the team to disrupt, improve and evolve ways of working when necessary

Brand defining proposals development

  • Guarantee high standard quality of proposal delivery and support within agreed upon deadlines
  • Think strategically about the opportunity and client to ensure win themes are developed across the document
  • Effectively and rapidly ramp up on new content across sectors / topics as well as build expertise across all
  • sectors and support the team in building an in-depth understanding of new topics in a short timeline
  • Develop key hypotheses and insights for the perspective and understanding sections to position the AH proposals as a first step into the assignment findings
  • Work well with different leadership styles and build a relationship of trust, working directly with seniors across all practices, and effectively challenging them across proposal development
  • Manage own and team members stress levels in case to tight deadline and last-minute changes
  • Work closely with the senior engagement team to align on the scoping of the proposal and seek their input throughout the development process
  • Work closely with the staffing team to ensure steady pipeline of resources and guarantee effective and continuous staffing of the Activation Hub
  • Continuous Innovation in Proposal Delivery
  • Champion the usage of AI tools to boost the efficiency and quality of the Activation Hub output
  • Drive innovation in proposal delivery by leveraging multimedia and digital technologies and advancing new proposal delivery models such as videos, websites, dashboards, etc.
  • Work closely with VCS and preferred vendors on identifying and advancing new visualization or proposal delivery models

Knowledge library and business development

  • Become the go-to-person for global references from the firm and outside
  • Play a key role to enhance the AH knowledge platform, grow the database of content available ensuring content quality and relevance as well as unique customer experience
  • Gradually build a network of global 3rd party providers and SMEs
  • Participate with the wider network of partners and seniors - in building key and strategic business development collaterals to be inserted in proposals

Global and cross functional collaboration

  • Drive and take ownership for developing connections across the PwC network, building on the GSSC and the local activation hubs and leverage talent and resources across the
  • Build strong relations with cross functional teams global and regional Activation Hubs, VCS, Research Hub,
  • BOMs, etc.

Quality assurance

  • Review and address all facets of deliverable quality (accuracy, content depth, clarity of message, tone, etc.)
  • Continuously seek and act on feedback from senior team to improve on processes and delivery
  • Ensure the KPIs of the AH are met

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • 12+ years of experience of which at least 8 years in strategy consulting experience (Senior Manager or Junior Principal Level)
  • Influential professional with the ability to challenge high-level stakeholders across sectors / topics
  • Strategic thinker who drives and articulate clear and compelling messages
  • Experience in managing relationships at senior levels and a proven ability to build client relationships
  • Strong project management skills with focus on driving complex projects and managing project/client teams
  • Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and selling skills.
  • Can inspire others and develop and help them to succeed years of consulting experience (Manager level)
