Our client is a global distribution company that offers Express Deliveries, eCommerce Solutions, 3PL Warehousing & eCommerce Fulfillment, and Freight & Logistics Services.

We are looking for a Full-Time Express Country Manager to join their team in Turkiye.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies and utilize diverse capabilities, markets, and talent effectively.
  • Oversee the business planning process to ensure alignment with express commercial objectives.
  • Utilize knowledge of competitors' strengths and weaknesses to position the Express division effectively.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to managed branches to help them achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with Commercial/Sales Managers to coordinate and review sales activities.
  • Ensure consistent execution across multiple branches by providing clear direction.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences to promote services, brand, culture, and mission.
  • Optimize network, technology, and operational capabilities to enhance service performance.
  • Evaluate the marketing potential of new and existing branch locations.
  • Analyze sales reports and business results, taking appropriate action to capitalize on strengths and address deficiencies in service and market.
  • Drive sales goals by developing and executing strategies to identify business-driven opportunities and exceed targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in managing large teams, excelling in sales, and participating in sales executive experience and business development initiatives
  • Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Eligibility to work in Turkey.
