General Manager

Our Client is one of the most fast growing restaurant chain in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Specialized in seafood, fine dining and international food with 10+ branches covering the Kingdom. Seeking to hire a "General Manager" in their head office located in Jeddah.

The position will be reporting to the Board Members.

Job Requirements & Duties:

• Experience with Full P&L Responsibility
• Experience 10 - 12 years of experience
• Someone who is currently in an executive role
• Preferable from F&B or Hospitality background
  
• Saudi National or (Son of a Saudi Mother/ Husband of a Saudi wife)
• Experience in working with the governance
• Must be from corporate background
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid leadership skills
• Strategic thinker

The GM main objectives:

• Expansion plans
• Achieve 2023 targets and the long term plans
• Lead the company to be listed at Al Souk Mowazi
  
• Will be reporting to the Board
• Will have 5 direct report: HR Manager, Finance Manager, Operations Manager, Marketing Manager and Supply Chain Manager
