Our Client is a leading Insurance group based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Seeking to recruit "Digital Marketing Specialist" in their Head office.

The position will be reporting to the CEO & CFO.

Job main purpose:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. He / She will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.

A Marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles, and tactics.

The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.

Having leadership skills and ability to work with different stakeholders to plan and the execution of the marketing campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Managerial Responsibility

  • Able to set up the digital marketing activities in line with department objectives in term of setting Road map for achieving targeted premium and annual growth.
  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.).
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
  • Able to work with Underwriting team to formalize best products for online offering.
  • Know and work in utilizing the social media attract traffic and translate the traffic into interest and then to policy buying.
  • Work closely with Finance department to out the proper budget for the activities of the United
  • Know how to direct traffic for the specific desired community and population as desired by the favorable statistics
  • Present workable recommendations to the marketing director of the organization
  • Work along with the plans and aspirations of the communication department of the organization
  • Oversee day-to-day activities of company affiliates
    • Lead management off the digital touch points of the organization
    • Oversee the activities of the companys landing pages on social media and their mobile application marketing.
    • Organize a calendar of marketing events, such as dinners, promotions, exhibitions, product launches, workshops, open days.
    • Responsible in managing social media presence.
    • Develop social media roadmaps and tactics.
    • Developing social media content calendars and activations for social media channels.
    • Execute daily tasks of social media strategy across identified digital platforms.
    • Strategically monitor & report on relevant social media.
    • Provide leadership and guidance in developing and implementing external social media strategies that maximize the potential of platforms that align with business goals.
    • Collaborate with other departments in the development and implementation of creative social media strategies/campaigns for promotion of various group companies and their products and events advocacy.
    • Produce reports that analyze campaign performance, sentiment, and trends to improve the social media strategy and provide insight to the commercial organization.
    • Monitor the competition and be aware of market changes and developments and identify best approach for social media channels and participation in the UAE
    • Support internal business units in their communication needs on the social sphere
    • Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent (in terms of style, quality, and tone) and optimized for search, thus creating a positive user online experience.
    • Mapping out a content marketing strategy which supports and expands short- and long-term marketing initiatives, determining which methods or channels are most effective for the brand and understanding the underlying reasons.
    • Managing and consistently developing a functional content calendar.
    • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to help in search optimization of the content.
    • Coordinating internal marketing and an organizations culture
    Technical Responsibilities
    • Understanding of website design and development in order to create and manage effective websites that engage and convert visitors.
    • Coordinate and develop multimedia packages for the business growth of the organization
    • Understand and know how to establish relation with Google AD and Social Media Channel.
    • Understand and know how Search engine optimization (SEO) process
    • Maintain campaign reporting, metrics, and site analysis
    • Manage the digital agency relationships of the organization
    • Plan and oversee execution of campaign schedules and budgets
    • Know-how and able to set a plan to digital traffic to the company's digital channels.
    • Understand the workings of AdWords programs and search engine optimization towards promoting appropriately the profit goal of the organization
    • Know the impact of digital advertising on sale and work in putting proper digital initiatives to attract traffic.
    • Have the marketing intelligence in setting and design the right and best for creating traffic for the desired population to digital channels
    • The specialist must possess good sense of judgment and be able to determine the perfect choice of Internet marketing strategy to undertake at any point in time to further shore up the image and boost the profit goals of the organization.
    • Candidate must possess proficiency in web development, social media, web advertising, and graphics; the expertise are inevitable and any digital marketing specialist lacking in any of the above will never be able to meet up with the challenges of set tasks.
    • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
      
    • Qualifications and Education Requirements:
      • 4 to 5 years of experience
      • Dynamic, Creative
      • No gender preference
      • Arabic Speaker
      • Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
      • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methods
      • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
      • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
      • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired
      • Well-organized and detail oriented
      • Exceptional communication and writing skills
      • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
      • BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
