Our Client is one of the leading Holding groups in Lebanon. Seeking to hire " Chief Financial Officer" in their head office in Beirut.


Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

    • Develop and oversee the company's financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
    • Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
  2. Risk Management:

    • Assess and mitigate financial risks by implementing effective internal controls and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to financial activities.
  3. Financial Reporting:

    • Prepare and present financial statements and reports to the CEO, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
    • Ensure financial statements are accurate, complete, and in accordance with GAAP.
  4. Cash Flow Management:

    • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investments to optimize the company's financial performance.
    • Develop strategies to maximize cash reserves and minimize financial risks.
  5. Financial Operations:

    • Oversee financial operations, including accounting, tax, and treasury functions.
    • Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  6. Strategic Planning:

    • Provide financial insights and guidance to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
    • Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, with proven success in financial management and leadership.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite.
