About the job Project Manager

Our Client is one of the top Advertising Agencies in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Seeking to hire a new "Project Manager" in their Head office.

The position reports to the Account Director.


Job Responsibilities & Duties 

  • Receiving projects from the Business Development Department
  • Work on all project requirements mentioned in the client's contract in coordination with other departments

  • Work on re-contracting with customers and continuing to provide service to them Presenting financial offers to existing clients in the event of a desire to renew or change the contract 
  • Submitting reports to the management of all services provided to the client and their mosques on a weekly, monthly and annual bas 
  • Follow up the payment of bills to existing customers and take the necessary action in case of late payment

  • Providing support to the work team in case the project is required, in coordination with the department 

  • Referring proposed clients to the Business Development Department to complete the agreement process in coordination with the d 
  • Improving reports and project activity in the company 
  • Work to ensure that the financial objectives of the existing contracts are achieved 
  • Coordinate with other departments to acquire resources needed to close deals
  • Work closely across all departments to ensure projects details are conveyed and executed correctly
  • Additional Duties as required
  • Speaking on behalf of the company to third parties and current and potential customers
  • Issuing and approving quotations and reliance on the company's services or products 
  • Approval of invoices for services provided and notes for receipt or work completion 
  • Registration as a service provider or vendor with companies 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, Psychology or Social Science 
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in the industry
  • Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
  • Proven track record of bringing-in new business
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at executive level 
  • Deadline-driven and committed to excellence
