Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and support internal teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office functionality by handling administrative tasks, managing records, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining professional communication with clients and visitors.

This role is part of Al Naghi Medicals Emiratisation initiative and is open exclusively to UAE Nationals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure seamless functionality.

  • Greet and assist visitors and handle incoming phone calls and inquiries professionally.

  • Draft and prepare official correspondence, documents, and reports as required.

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.

  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members and management.

  • Support the HR and operations teams in basic administrative tasks.

  • Ensure the office environment is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies.

  • Monitor office-related projects and ensure timely completion.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow.

Required Qualifications

  • UAE National (Emirati).

  • Secondary School Certificate, Diploma, or Fresh University Graduate in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Previous office administration experience is an advantage but not mandatory (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
