About the job Senior Account Executive / Account Manager
Our client is a Regional Insurance and Reinsurance brokerage with offices in Dubai, Lebanon, Cyprus and Iraq. Seeking to recruit "Senior Account Executive/Account Manager" to be based in Tripoli, Lebanon. The position will be reporting to the CEO.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Targeting sales goals and developing business.
- Managing a good relationship with clients
- Proposing new products to the market, and endorsing them to clients while explaining which policies best fit particular areas
- Scouting and building relationships with new clients.
- Cultivating relationships with existing clients, closing sales, formulating sales strategies, and communicating product value to clients.
- Planning and coordinating account activity.
- manage a portfolio of clients, achieving targets for new business and renewals/retention of current clients
- Develop and manage good working relationships with clients, primarily insurance brokers
- Attract new business by identifying and exploiting opportunities in the local market
- Provide accurate quotations and meet sales targets
- Introduce new products and promote them through regular visits and communication with intermediaries
- Increase the profitability of existing product lines by encouraging clients to use added-value services wherever possible
- Keep up to date with current market conditions and competitors' products
Job Qualifications & Skills:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Impeccable interpersonal skills and friendly attitude
- Well organized with time great management abilities
- Ability to gather necessary information for the development of new products and maintenance of existing ones
- Ability to easily analyze information gathered towards achieving the aims and objectives of the company

- Ability to contracts large budgets towards improving on company’s prospects.
- Experience: 5 – 7 years
- Location: Tripoli, Lebanon (Must be based in Tripoli)
- Salary: 10M LBP + Commission
