Our client is a leading global consulting firm, helping the world's top businesses, governments and organizations. Looking for a new "Company Registration Specialist " covering Middle East region.

This position will be reporting to the Head of Clients and Markets (C&M), 
C&M Partner in charge and C&M Manager.


Responsibilities

Company Registration Management and Client Liaison

  • Lead the process of registering Strategy& on clients portal, including preparing and submitting all necessary documentation to client and relevant authorities.
  • Maintain all company credentials active by anticipating and providing the needed documentation for registration renewal timely such as financial/ legal documents etc.
  • Act as the first point of contact for practices registration queries; providing timely and effective support, including guidance in completing the required documentation and forms.
  • Collaborate with the internal teams such as BOMs, office managers, legal, finance, HR to complete and submit necessary documents.
  • Coordinate as needed with the PwC accounts drivers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as the clients procurement team and the government agencies involved in the registration process.
  • Apply sound judgement when faced with new situations and seek stakeholders input as necessary in order to get all the information needed to make sound decisions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive tracker of all company registrations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide support to the RfP team on supplier registration list and other ad-hoc requests.

RfP Response Process Coordination and Partner Support

  • Provide leave/ vacation coverage to the RfP team as needed.
  • Scan public RFPs and RFIs.
  • Coordinate and follow up with partners to ensure decisions to bid are made in a timely manner.
  • Prepare responses to general company qualification requests such as submission of legal documents.
  • Collaborate with partners and engagement teams to understand client needs and develop a comprehensive strategy for each RfP.
  • Receive all partners service requests about opportunities and RFPs, such as clarification questions submission, bid submission extension, opportunity update about cancellation, extension, or awarding, clients responses to requests.
  • Coordinate with Logistics Support and Finance and other relevant functions for buying RFPs, packaging hard copies of proposals and delivery to clients.
  • Proactively monitor opportunities due dates, clarifications due date, pre-bidding meetings due dates, submission due dates and awarding updates due dates.
  • Read RFP submission requirements, including pricing table / BoQ table requirements
  • and summarize key RfP information and milestones, then disseminate to the targeted audience.
  • Follow up on outstanding partners requests and outstanding reminders to partners for pending decisions.

Clients & Markets Team Support for Process Improvement and Insights

  • Support in building automated dashboard to enhance reporting, analyze
  • RfPs/registration data and generate insights to senior management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the registration process, including identifying areas of efficiency, automation and standardization.
  • Identify and report any process related challenges, propose and implement improvement initiatives.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business or economics
  • 2 years+ of relevant experience in company registration, RfPs, proposal management, business development or a similar role within a consulting or professional services environment
  • Proficiency in MS office and Suite productivity tools (drive, G-suite, etc...)
