About the job Business Developer
Our Client is one of the top Advertising Agencies in Dammam, SA. Seeking to hire a new "Business Developer" in their Riyadh Office.
The position reports to the Account Director.
Driving company sales by continually identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships. Lead less experienced sales representatives and develop sales pipelines to manage sales quotas. Increase customer base by continuously identifying potential clients and introducing company to them.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Work on all open deals on a daily basis
- Document and communicate sales efforts, opportunities and progress updates using resources given by the company in company's
- Prospect and develop new sales opportunities in different channels and platforms
- Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline for all products and services
- Manage and maintain Estimate, 9/10 and any other direct sales platform
- Always locates opportunities to expand client base
- Networks with prospective clients to persuade them to bring their business to the company
- Plan and lead sales meetings with prospective and active corporates or government entities
- Identify and attends national sales conferences
- Draws up sales activity reports
- Works to ensure sales and productivity goals are met
- Devises new and innovative ways to market products and services
- Coordinate with other departments to acquire resources needed to close deals
- Work closely across all departments to ensure projects details are conveyed and executed correctly
- Additional Duties as required
- Speaking on behalf of the company to third parties and current and potential customers
- Issuing and approving quotations and reliance on the company's services or products
- Approval of invoices for services provided and notes for receipt or work completion
- Registration as a service provider or vendor with companies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, Psychology or Social Science
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a sales
- Required to obtain advanced knowledge of how-to setup, operate and maintain a sales monitoring system
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as client motivation techniques
- Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
- Proven track record of bringing-in new business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at executive level
- Deadline-driven and committed to excellence
