About the job Project Management and Transformation Specialist
Our client is a leading global consulting firm, helping the world's top businesses, governments and organizations. Looking for a new "Project Management and Transformation Specialist" covering Middle East region.
This position reports to the Project Management and Transformation Lead.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Support in the delivery of new finance and operations projects in coordination with the Finance and Operations Special Projects Lead, and in collaboration with the various heads of departments (Finance, Accounting, Business Operation, Strategic Support, Operations, Logistics, Procurement and Digital teams) to increase efficiency and performance.
- Work closely with the Project Management and Transformation Lead to identify strategies that will support the different business areas within the department.
- Create and maintain process, technical, project or other related documentation to support project management activities.
- Assist in the creation and planning of initiatives, including gathering information and research as required.
- Monitor the progress of each project throughout its life cycle to ensure that objectives are achieved, and deadlines are met.
- Support in change management initiatives.
- Analyze data to assess and identify improvements opportunities to increase efficiency or effectiveness of
processes and systems.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
Qualifications:
- University Degree, Finance specialization is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management or Management Consultant Role
- Proficient in English and Arabic
Skills:
- High-performing with program and change management experience.
Solution-oriented and a desire to solve big problems in new and innovative ways.
