Senior Account Manager
About the job Senior Account Manager
Our client is a Jeddah based social business consultancy & social media agency that offers social media marketing strategies, campaigns, content, management, metrics, & personal branding, seeking to hire a new Senior Account Manager-Offline at their office.
This position reports to the Associate Account Director / Account Director
General
- Manages a portfolio of client accounts and supervises the ongoing activities related to them
- Manages, reviews progress and delivers the clients advertisement projects
- Conducting meetings with the clients on regular basis for projects status, workflow assessment, and concerns/opportunities discussion
- Establishes solid relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
- Develops solid commercial proposals to convince potential and existing clients to use the agencys services
- Identifies accounts whose revenue may be shrinking to address any at risk clients and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained
- Monitors work performance of colleagues and setting KPIs
- Negotiates contracts and closes agreements
- Suggests ways to increase clients engagement with agency
- Designs a well-structured and clear brief based on facts and insights, including core messages and message takeout
- Understands the clients target audience and can identify and explain their mindsets
- Implements account strategies, leading on projects from conception to final execution
- Ensures High quality production is efficiently delivered to clients
Maintains solid clients relationships and serve as the point of contact and liaison for clients management - Leads on campaign briefings and brainstorming sessions and ensures proposals are completed with the highest quality
- Briefs the Media Team on campaigns and ensures the require material is provided in a timely manner
- Briefs the Production Team on campaigns and ensures the outcome is on brief
- Manages the financial cycle of quotation requests, sending invoices and collecting payments
- Any other tasks will be required by manager or admin for future.
Reporting
- Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet SC requirements, policies and standards.
- Ensure all monthly, quarterly, and annual reports are submitted on time.
- Work with manager in all matters related to Management Reporting.
- Supervise the routine CS task in the Team on day-to-day basis
People Management
- Take ownership and actively engages in team member development; demonstrating thoughtful planning to increase individual skill sets by setting smart objectives
- Provide support and training of subordinate staff as required.
- Train new account executives effectively
