Dispatcher (IST)

Our client is a global distribution company that offers Express Deliveries, eCommerce Solutions, 3PL Warehousing & eCommerce Fulfillment, and Freight & Logistics Services.

We are looking for a Full-Time Field Dispatcher to join their team in Istanbul, Turkey.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan routes to maximize the efficiency of pick-ups and deliveries within agreed costs.

• Segregate Courier done and inbound based on ground monitoring.

• Overlook all staff, performance, and operational tasks.

• Update claims, investigate, and report on failures and success to reach Customer satisfaction.

• Control delivery run sheet, dashboard, POD, and COD report.

• Control picks up order and check in dashboard and report.

• Update orders on the system following the company key performance indicators.

• Work with cross-functional departments to ensure the customer service and related functional processes are consistently applied.

Job Requirements:

• High School Degree or Technical Diploma.

• 2 to 3 years of work experience preferably in the operation field.

• Knowledge of Operational policies.

• Fluency in English. Arabic speaking is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Eligibility to work in Turkey.
