We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Manager to lead our operations in Liberia & Sierra Leone and drive our continued growth in the ESCO and telecom energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall business operations, projects, and performance for Liberia & Sierra Leone.

  • Develop business opportunities and strategic partnerships in ESCO and managed telecom services.

  • Oversee project execution, budgets, and financial performance.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.

  • Build and lead cross-functional teams, managing resources, deliverables, and client expectations.

  • Maintain and grow strong client relationships, addressing escalations and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and organizational transformation initiatives.

  • Report regularly on performance, strategy, and market trends to senior stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or related field.

  • Masters degree in Business Administration is a strong plus.

  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in telecom, energy, or infrastructure sectors.

  • Prior experience managing large-scale projects and leading regional operations.

  • PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certifications preferred.

  • Proven knowledge of telecom ESCO/managed services is essential.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

  • Excellent leadership, team development, and performance management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.

  • Advanced communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Resilient under pressure, with strong decision-making and problem-solving capacity.

  • Fluent in English.

  • High level of personal credibility, ethics, and adaptability.
