GRC Manager

Position: GRC Manager

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced GRC Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The GRC Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the company's GRC framework in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to the organization.

- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the GRC framework and make recommendations for improvement.

- Train and educate employees on GRC policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure the company's GRC framework remains compliant and effective.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks across the organization.

- Prepare reports and presentations on GRC activities and progress for senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in GRC, risk management, or a related field.

- Knowledge of GRC frameworks, such as ISO 27001, COBIT, and NIST.

- Experience in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and controls.

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
