Location: Beirut, Lebanon
The Clients & Markets (C&M) Associate Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing Strategy& Middle Easts strategic agenda by enabling market growth, strategic account development and pursuit of excellence.
Job Overview
The role provides direct support to the Leadership Team and is instrumental in shaping and executing the firms strategic direction, particularly in relation to its Go-to-Market approach, development and refinement of Offerings, and enhancement of Market Positioning. To drive these priorities, the Associate Manager needs to be digitally savvy, leverage and create AI-powered tools, automation, and data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and scale.
Responsibilities
C&M AI Enablement:
Continuously identify areas for improvement in Clients & Markets, considering advancements in AI and automation.
Equip the function with the necessary tools to automate repetitive tasks using AI platforms and work closely with the Digital team.
Optimize processes and ways of working considering new AI-driven tools.
Drive adoption of AI tools across the organization and monitor their impact.
Actively engage with the broader firm to exchange insights on new tools and evolving ways of working.
Go-to-Market
Drive account segmentation and prioritization, whitespace identification and deliver high-impact insights that inform executive decision-making and focus leadership attention.
Contribute to country-specific entry/ growth strategies for existing and new markets.
Partner with leadership to design and operationalize ownership frameworks across accounts and geographies, driving clarity in roles, enabling effective change management, and measuring impact across the organization.
Lead the development of reporting frameworks and dashboards to provide timely, data-driven visibility into account performance, strategic initiatives, and business development progress.
Support the Global Representative Partner (GRP) designation process and make sure Strategy& is involved in designated accounts and opportunities.
Offerings and Capabilities
Continuously improve the offering framework and structure by conducting ongoing market and demand research, analyzing trends, and identifying gaps and opportunities for growth.
Support the adoption of standardized offering nomenclature and frameworks by tagging content, aligning project classifications, and ensuring consistency across platforms and teams.
Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track offering development, adoption, and performance, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous refinement
Sustainable Growth
Monitor and analyze pipeline trends and KPIs, ensuring consistent data accuracy and integrity, while also interpreting the underlying narrative behind pipeline activities and proactively raising red flags as part of ongoing oversight.
Conduct in-depth analysis of competition data to understand market positioning, win/loss trends, and pricing dynamics.
Support fiscal year planning.
Continuously improve the RfPs process, and conduct analysis such as trends identification, and gap analysis.
Deliver regular updates to Management and Practices, along with forward-looking insights and recommendations.
Amplify C&M impact by building and equipping partners and different teams with tools and upskilling sessions to drive business development activities.
Qualifications and skills
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in management consulting, business development, advanced data analytics ideally within comparable industry.
Proven expertise in financial analysis, market entry strategies and driving account-growth initiatives.
Comprehensive understanding of Middle East market dynamics economic trends, regulatory frameworks, cultural nuances, and sector drivers to guide go-to-market strategies.
Proven expertise in building, deploying, and integrating ChatGPT agents or similar AI solutions to automate workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Experience working on digitization and automation projects.
Experience with G-Suite apps, data visualization products (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx).
Experience with programming languages (Javascript, SQL, Python, R).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Skills
Digital Fluency & AI Readiness: Digitally savvy with a strong grasp of emerging technologies, including the practical use of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), digital assistants, automation platforms, and low-code/no-code solutions. Coding skills are a plus. Demonstrated ability to explore, experiment, and build intelligent agents or workflows that drive efficiency and innovation.
Business Acumen: Business oriented with demonstrated ability to analyze complex qualitative and quantitative data, translating insights into compelling narratives, impactful presentations, and actionable, data-driven recommendations.
