Our client is a large and diversified group with around 400 employees, operating in the import/export of pre-owned footwear, refurbishment and manufacturing, recycling of unsellable shoes, and e-commerce sales to the EU. .

Role Overview

Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the full 360° marketing function from scratch. This is a newly created role responsible for building the brand, driving the rebranding process, and managing both online and offline marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the full marketing strategy and rebranding initiative
  • Develop brand positioning, identity, and communication strategy
  • Manage 360° marketing campaigns (digital and offline)
  • Handle all agency relationships (creative, digital, media, PR)
  • Oversee digital marketing (social media, website, SEO, paid ads, email)
  • Plan offline marketing activities, events, and PR initiatives
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and markets
  • Monitor performance, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness
  • Work closely with senior management on growth and expansion initiatives
  • Promote the company's sustainability and circular economy positioning

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of marketing experience
  • Strong experience in branding and ideally rebranding projects
  • Background in fashion, apparel, footwear, retail, or FMCG preferred
  • Sustainability or circular economy exposure is highly preferred
  • UAE market experience is an advantage
  • Strong agency management and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience in both digital and offline marketing
