Job Summary

The Marketing Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The role oversees all marketing activities including digital marketing, advertising, branding, market research, campaigns, and public relations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

Lead branding, advertising, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing

initiatives.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.

Manage social media, website content, SEO/SEM, and online campaigns.

Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns.

Coordinate with sales teams to generate leads and improve customer acquisition.

Build relationships with media agencies, vendors, and external partners.

Monitor marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management.

Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.

Organize events, product launches, and corporate promotions.


Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

5–10 years of marketing experience, with leadership experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.

Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.

Creative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in marketing software and CRM systems.
