Job Summary:
The Office Services Clerk provides essential support to ensure smooth daily office operations by performing a variety of clerical, administrative, and document management tasks. This role helps maintain organized office systems, assists staff with routine administrative needs, and ensures efficient handling of documents, correspondence, and supplies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:

Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries, ensuring timely distribution to staff and departments.

Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring documents are easily retrievable and properly archived.

Copy, scan, print, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence as required.

Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, placing orders and restocking items to prevent shortages.

Assist staff with administrative support tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and document preparation.

Support reception duties as needed, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and responding to routine inquiries.
