We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS Technical Support Specialist to join our team and provide comprehensive 24x7 support for Oracle E-Business Suite environments. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and support critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24x7 proactive monitoring and technical support for Oracle EBS environments.
  • Manage database initialization/configuration parameters and troubleshoot database/application issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, health checks, and performance tuning for Oracle EBS and associated databases.
  • Execute application and database patching, including quarterly CPU patches and minor upgrades.
  • Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies, disaster recovery planning, and failover support.
  • Conduct periodic and on-demand refresh/clones of non-production environments from production.
  • Provide remote OS management (Linux/Windows), including patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams during Oracle EBS upgrades and validate compatibility of patches/configurations.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, including two-factor authentication and secure session protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience supporting Oracle EBS environments of similar or larger scale.
  • Expertise in Oracle EBS versions 12.1.3 and 12.2.14.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Linux Operating System and database management.
  • Certified Oracle professionals preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in providing 24x7 on-call support for both App DBA and OS technical functions.
  • Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and high availability configurations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Critical Incident Response Time: Within 15 minutes.
  • High Priority Resolution Time: Within 4 hours.
  • Routine Request Response Time: Within 1 business day.
  • Monthly Uptime Guarantee: 99.9% for production environments.
