We are transforming into an AI-native healthcare and commerce ecosystem. At mGanik, the Creative team is not merely a support function or a traditional design department. Our Creative department is the core engine of our business—serving as our trust engine, education engine, growth engine, and category narrative builder.

We are not looking for a traditional creative director who only focuses on design execution or visual aesthetics. We are looking for a Creative Business Builder. As the Director of Creative Strategy & Systems, you will be the architect of mGanik's communication system, the builder of our AI-native creative workflows, and the leader who crafts our trust and transformation narrative. Working closely with the Founder and cross-functional leadership, you will build a scalable, high-speed, and deeply impactful content engine.

What You Will Own:

  • Creative Operating System: Build and scale our content pipelines, approval flows, asset systems, and reusable frameworks (e.g., hook libraries, campaign templates) to ensure high-velocity, high-quality output.
  • AI-Native Transformation: Integrate AI tools seamlessly into the team's ideation, scripting, copywriting, editing, and content scaling workflows, giving the creative team massive leverage over traditional methods.
  • Brand Narrative Leadership: Maintain absolute consistency in our emotional storytelling and educational communication, firmly positioning mGanik as the symbol of hope for diabetes remission.
  • Modern Team Building: Recruit, lead, and mentor a modern creative organization comprised of strategists, storytellers, AI-native creators, and content operators.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate business objectives, medical insights, and patient psychology into high-converting campaigns and communication strategies by partnering deeply with Marketing, Medical, Tech, and Sales teams.

Who You Are:

  • You have 5-8 years of experience in creative strategy, brand communication, or creative leadership, ideally within a D2C brand, healthcare/wellness sector, media startup, or growth-stage company.
  • You naturally build systems rather than relying on manual labor, and you fully embrace AI to accelerate and scale creative production. (Anti-AI mindset is a major red flag ).
  • You have a bias toward execution, high ownership, and are highly outcome-oriented. You thrive in ambiguity and fast-moving environments, completely unlike corporate bureaucracy.
  • You deeply understand audience psychology and know how to build a scalable "trust engine" that changes consumer behavior.
