WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be the first point of contact by answering messages from patients and their families on WhatsApp (Call & Chat) and social media.
- Provide clear and empathetic explanations about treatments, care procedures, and clinic services via chat and phone calls.
- Keep things organized by recording and managing leads data from WhatsApp and social media platforms.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelors degree in Communication, Business Administration, or related fields. Background in Nutrition would be a plus point.
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Customer Service professional.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skillssomeone who listens, explains, and connects with kindness.
- A sharp eye for detail, quick thinking, and a service-first mindset.
- Willingness to work in shifts to support our patients around the clock.
- Comfort and familiarity with WhatsApp and social media tools.
- Bonus points if youre available to start right away.
