Business Representative - Bandung

We're looking for a results-driven Business Representative to join our team, with a focus on OTC pharmaceuticals, FMCG. In this role, you'll play a key part in expanding our distribution reach, building strong outlet relationships, and supporting the promotion of trending products through both conventional and digital channels.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage and grow outlet relationships within the assigned sales territory.

• Execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Monitor and report on market trends, especially those related to viral products and digital marketing.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns, both offline and online.

• Ensure timely distribution and availability of products at key outlets.

• Provide feedback from the field to help improve product positioning and outreach strategies.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or distribution, preferably in OTC pharma, FMCG, or beauty industry.

• Strong familiarity with the assigned area and an existing network of retail outlets.

• Understanding of digital marketing and viral product trends.

• A valid SIM A (driver's license).

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
