GOLO is a men's sexual wellness brand with a mission to help couples connect deeper emotionally, physically, and confidently. And were looking for a Brand Lead whos ready to turn that mission into movement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Champion GOLOs brand equity by ensuring every piece of content, campaign, and experience reflects our identity, tone, and values.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Brand Manager to bring brand strategies to life through storytelling, activations, and community-building.
  • Create and manage brand-led campaigns that spark conversation and connection from awareness to advocacy.
  • Grow and engage our brand community, including customers, partners, and advocates both online and offline.
  • Support the development of branded content, social media initiatives, partnerships, and events that strengthen brand love.
  • Work closely with creative, digital, and KOL teams to ensure GOLO shows up authentically across every channel.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing, community, or consumer engagement ideally in wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of brand equity principles positioning, consistency, storytelling, and emotional resonance.
  • Experience building or supporting brand communities through digital content, activations, or partnerships.
  • Collaborative mindset you enjoy working cross-functionally and aligning with brand, creative, and performance teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage timelines, briefs, and campaign rollouts.
  • Creative energy and cultural sensitivity especially in topics related to mens health, relationships, and intimacy.

EXTRA POINTS IF YOU

  • Have worked with micro-communities or built grassroots brand love (think KOL seeding, community drops, UGC campaigns).
  • Are confident turning insights or feedback from real users into meaningful brand initiatives.
  • Are experienced in lifestyle content, emotional branding, or purpose-driven marketing.
  • Love speaking directly with users through comments, DM interactions, surveys, or even real-life meetups.
  • Want to help build a category-defining brand in a space that truly matters.
