About the job Community Insight

Were looking for a curious and driven Staff Consumer Insight to join our Community Insight team. In this role, youll help us better understand consumer behaviour particularly among diabetes patients by conducting impactful research and delivering actionable insights that shape our community strategies.

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate with the Lead Consumer Insight to develop and execute a monthly research plan.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with 10 customers and organise Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) each month.
  • Support the production of a customer video interview as part of our insight storytelling.
  • Process and analyse research data into meaningful, actionable insights.
  • Develop clear, concise research reports to inform internal teams.
  • Use probing techniques during interviews to uncover deeper layers of insight.
  • Work cross-functionally to integrate findings into community strategies and programmes.

What were looking for:

  • Bachelors degree (minimum), preferably in health sciences or psychology.
  • 1-2 years of experience in research, ideally in health or consumer behaviour.
  • Previous experience researching diabetes or similar topics is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in preparing research reports.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with research tools or data analysis software is a plus.
