Job Description

  • Build, maintain, and develop long-term relationships with mGanik Seller Partners as key business partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs, inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
  • Manage the sell-in process to ensure product availability and support sales growth across partner networks.
  • Provide guidance, training, and sales strategy recommendations to improve partners' sell-out performance.
  • Communicate promotional programs, marketing campaigns, and company initiatives to partners, ensuring effective implementation.
  • Encourage active participation in company programs to increase partner engagement and achieve Active Account targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, partner activities, and engagement levels while implementing retention strategies to minimize churn.
  • Prepare reports and analyses on partner performance, purchasing trends, field challenges, and program effectiveness to support evaluation and business decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; degrees in Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields are an advantage.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in roles such as Account Manager, Relationship Manager, Seller Partnership, B2B Sales, Sales Retention, or similar positions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify business opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace, CRM systems, and other supporting tools for monitoring and reporting.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and equipped with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
