Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and executing mGanik Nutrition's Owned and Earned Media strategy — driving brand visibility, engagement, and awareness across digital platforms.

This role leads a dynamic team to managing Social Media (Owned Media), PR & Partnership, and KOL Management (Earned Media).

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop digital content and communication strategies across Owned and Earned Media, and lead the team in executing them effectively — ensuring all initiatives are strategic, actionable, and aligned with brand objectives and audience insights.
  • Translate brand positioning into relatable digital storytelling that connects emotionally with audiences and builds brand love.
  • Ensure mGanik Nutrition consistently leads social conversations through culturally relevant, insight-driven, and trend-winning content.
  • Collaborate closely with the Advertising Team to align organic and paid efforts for maximum funnel impact and audience continuity.

2. Owned Media – Social Media Leadership

  • Oversee strategy, storytelling, and content calendar across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
  • Build relatable, educational, and shareable content that reflects mGanik's brand essence and values.
  • Optimize social performance using analytics, trend monitoring, and creative innovation.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity.

3. Earned Media – PR, Partnership, and KOL Collaboration

  • Design and execute influencer and PR strategies that amplify campaigns and enhance credibility.
  • Manage collaborations with KOLs, creators, and brand ambassadors — from selection to performance review.
  • Oversee digital budget allocation across earned initiatives for efficiency and measurable ROI.
  • Evaluate campaign success via brand impact, engagement quality, and cost per view / earned reach efficiency.

4. Campaign Development & Integration

  • Partner with Brand, Paid Media, and CRM teams to deliver full-funnel, integrated digital campaigns.
  • Lead creative ideation that translates brand vision into digital-first storytelling and engagement.
  • Ensure every digital execution reinforces mGanik's key message pillars and purpose.

5. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor teams across content creation, PR, and KOL management.
  • Define and monitor clear performance metrics: Owned Media: followers, engagement rate, views, reach. Earned Media: CPV, CPE, and campaign efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and data-driven improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital brand communication or social media strategy, preferably in FMCG, health, or nutrition industries.
  • Proven track record in developing social media growth through strong content strategy, audience engagement, and KOL/relations ecosystem by delivering measurable brand and business impact.
  • Skilled in interpreting analytics and performance data to guide strategic decisions and continuous optimization.
  • Balanced between creativity, analytical thinking, and commercial mindset — able to craft ideas that are both inspiring and effective.
  • Up-to-date with emerging trends, cultural shifts, and digital consumer behavior.
  • A collaborative and empathetic leader who can inspire, guide, and grow a multidisciplinary team.
