Total Rewards & HR Operations Manager

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Total Rewards & HR Operations Manager to lead the design and execution of our compensation, benefits, and HR operations framework across three growing business units in the health & wellness space.

This role plays a critical part in shaping a fair, competitive, and scalable total rewards strategy, while ensuring operational excellence across payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes. If you enjoy balancing strategy with execution, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Design and continuously refine compensation & benefits strategies aligned with business growth
• Lead end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy in allowances, claims, and incentives
• Oversee statutory compliance (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, insurance, and taxation)
• Conduct market benchmarking and provide insights on total rewards competitiveness
• Drive governance, fairness, and transparency across all reward and HR operations processes
• Manage and improve HR operations (payroll, employee data, policies, and lifecycle processes)
• Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align people strategy with business goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations
• Strong expertise in compensation strategy, payroll, taxation, and statutory compliance
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable rewards frameworks
• Hands-on experience managing HR operations processes end-to-end
• Analytical mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate both strategically and operationally
