Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to support our recruiting team through high-volume candidate sourcing and outreach. This role focuses on LinkedIn sourcing, candidate list building, outreach execution, and early-stage candidate engagement.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a metrics-driven environment, enjoys structured processes, and is comfortable working with multiple systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Outreach

  • Conduct high-volume candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn accounts
  • Execute daily outreach campaigns aligned with role-specific sourcing strategies
  • Source candidates across corporate, retail leadership, merchandising, marketing, design, and operations roles
  • Build targeted candidate lists based on role requirements, geography, and experience
    Support sourcing efforts across multiple LinkedIn accounts while following compliance guidelines

Candidate Management & Systems

  • Create and update candidate profiles in Zoho Recruit
  • Accurately track outreach, links sent, and candidate responses in Google Sheets
  • Support reporting and analytics through Airtable dashboards
  • Use internal tools (e.g., LinkMatch) to check prior outreach and candidate history
  • Maintain clean, accurate candidate data and notes

Inbox & Follow-Up Support

  • Monitor LinkedIn inboxes for candidate replies
  • Tag, categorize, and escalate replies to the U.S. recruiting team as needed
  • Support follow-up workflows to ensure no candidate replies are missed

Collaboration & Process Adherence

  • Work closely with U.S.-based sourcers and recruiters
  • Follow detailed procedures for sourcing, outreach, and tracking
  • Meet daily and weekly outreach targets
  • Participate in team check-ins
  • Continuously improve efficiency and accuracy

Daily / Weekly Expectations

  • Daily outreach: 70–100 candidates per day
  • Weekly outreach: 350–500 candidates, generating 20 Links per week. (Booking “Links” are sent to relevant and engaged candidates who respond that they are interested.)
  • Consistent, accurate tracking of all activity
  • Strong attention to candidate detail and data quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or lead generation
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn for sourcing and outreach
  • Comfortable working in ATS systems (Zoho Recruit experience is a plus)
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily metrics
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking data
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based teams across time zones

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience sourcing for retail, fashion, or consumer brands
  • Familiarity with Airtable, Google Sheets, or reporting dashboards
  • Experience working with multiple LinkedIn accounts (within compliance guidelines)
  • Understanding of candidate pipelines and recruiting funnels
