legal markets. We work with a wide range of active firms, from growing independent practices to

leading regional and national organisations.

We are looking for a Data Researcher to identify & research public accounting and legal companies, then complete the contacts at these firms into our desired format.

Main Responsibilities

Company Discovery

• Use LinkedIn company search to identify suitable companies to our sectors of operation.
• Use Google to identify suitable companies to our sectors of operations
• Log newly discovered companies into our format on the CRM.

Company Build Out

• Build out suitable companies with client & candidate contacts
• Completing all data fields on each contact,
  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Location (Zip/State)
  • Job Title
  • Industry
  • Etc.
• Use different techniques and software’s to aid research such as popular B2B tools like ZoomInfo

LinkedIn/Outreach Candidate Generation

• Utilise LinkedIn to generate candidate leads from your research work
• Log candidate’s on the CRM
• Utilise the CRM tools & outlook to help generate candidate leads.

The Ideal Candidate

• • Strong written communication skills
• • Competency to understand what data we are looking for.
• • Organised, consistent and comfortable working towards activity targets.
• • Technical CRM experience would be advantageous however not essential.
• • Effective completion of administrative tasks

Role Objective

The objective of this position is to carry out detailed research to strengthen our database across all sectors.
