About the job Tier 1 Support Specialist

Job Description: Take direction from the Tier 1 Support Supervisor and work with the Support Team to maintain relationships with each of their assigned accounts and take responsibility for resolving issues and servicing the client's needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide client services to current clients by identifying their problems and supplying solutions and education
  • Track and monitor incoming calls for record keeping
  • Work closely with other departments to investigate and resolve client issues and/or questions and generate ideas to better our products and services
  • Ensure compatibility with our product database through a working knowledge of current platform
  • All other duties assigned
