About the Role:

The Senior Production Designer / Finished Artist combines hands-on finished-art delivery with experienced design review, complex-production support and quality control. The role should take approved design masters, templates, copy and source assets and turn them into accurate, consistent and production-ready assets across all required channels. It is a production role, not a strategic creative leadership role.

The preferred profile is experience in finished art, artwork rollout and high-volume digital and print marketing production, with strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. The role must be able to interpret technical specifications, prepare accurate production-ready files and deliver multiple asset versions across channels.

As an Senior Production Designer, you will:

• Producing accurate, production-ready presentation, document, print and digital assets across campaign, product marketing, event and sales enablement channels.

• Applying the approved Optus Default PowerPoint theme, Offshore Pack, visual identity and Canva templates, including practical instructions for recurring or self-service use.

• Adapting approved masters through finished art, artwork rollout, resizing, reformatting and versioning across required formats, placements and channels.

• Creating and adapting factsheets, brochures, social assets, banners and digital content for web, eDM, retail, partner and marketplace requirements.

• Applying approved copy, product, offer, audience, channel and legal variations accurately across asset versions.

• Completing brand, technical, accessibility and production checks, then preparing exports, editable source files, packaged deliverables, naming and version control in line with agreed specifications.

• Maintaining quick-reference guidance for file preparation, exports and production processes, and supporting handover or knowledge-transfer sessions where required.

• Managing consolidated feedback and multiple requests within agreed timelines, while escalating missing information, conflicting specifications, material creative changes or production risks before delivery.

What You Need

Non-negotiables :

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication or related discipline.

• 5+ years' experience in finished art, production design, artwork rollout or marketing production.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and PowerPoint.

• Strong understanding of print production, digital production and artwork preparation standards.

• Experience managing large-scale versioning and asset adaptation across channels.

• Excellent quality assurance, file management and production workflow skills.

• Ability to review work, coach junior designers and maintain production standards.
