Position : Architectural Designer
Location:  1880, Eastwood  
Work setup & shift:  Onsite  / Night Shift

Your Role:

As an Architectural Designer , you will : 

• Prepare and develop elevations, wall sections and section details.
  
• Produce drawings and perform support functions as directed in conformance with project time, cost and quality constraints.
  
• Become familiar with building and life safety codes and their correct application.
  
• Assist in preparing renderings and other presentation materials.
  
• Communicate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of project document
  

What You Need:
Non-negotiables

• 5-10+ years of architecture experience (Commercial & Residential)
  
• Portfolio of previous professional works
  
•  3 Professional recommendations
  
• Proficient or advanced knowledge in Revit software
  
• Working knowledge of BIM Modeling
