Your Role:

As a Backend Developer – .NET Core & SQL Server, you will:

• Develop and maintain backend services using .NET Core for enterprise-grade applications.
• Design, build, and optimize SQL Server databases, including complex queries, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Apply security best practices across APIs and distributed systems.
• Architect and implement scalable backend solutions capable of handling high-traffic environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while taking full ownership of backend deliverables.
• Contribute to system design discussions and propose robust technical solutions.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on backend development experience using .NET Core.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, including query optimization and data modeling.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of secure coding practices and API security principles.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate ownership, and proactively solve problems.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience with AWS Cloud services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Next.js.
• Experience in system design or solution architecture.
• Exposure to designing high-availability, distributed systems.
