Position: Project Coordinator-Internal PMO (Architectural & Facade Engineering)

Location: Bogota , Colombia

Work setup & shift: On site | Full-time US Central Time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with potential adjustment to a 7:30 AM start based on project needs)

Your Role:

As an Project Coordinator- Internal PMO, you will support architectural and structural engineering projects focused on custom facades and metal panel fabrication. This role is primarily internal, with limited client-facing responsibilities, and offers long-term growth potential as the team expands.

As the Project Coordinator-Internal PMO you will:

• Create shop drawings based on architectural and engineering designs
• Develop fabrication tickets and individual panel drawings for metal facade systems
• Coordinate workflows between design, fabrication, and field teams
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and constructability of technical drawings
• Support internal project tracking, documentation, and task coordination
• Communicate urgent project updates through quick after-hours messages when required
• Assist in scaling processes and documentation standards as the team grows

What You Need:

Non-negotiables:

• Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in architectural, structural, or facade-related projects
• Proven experience producing shop drawings (not full architectural drawing sets)
• Hands-on exposure to rain screen facades, metal panels, or similar architectural systems
• English B2 or higher
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (required)
• Ability to work aligned with US Central Time schedules

Nice to have:

• Experience using Revit and BIM workflows
• Knowledge of facade engineering or metal panel fabrication processes
• Familiarity with BobCAD (bonus, not required)
• Background coordinating between engineering, fabrication, and site teams
