Property Insurance Broker

Obtain quotations from a panel of insurance underwriters, either by use of an online quoting system or by the completion of a form which is sent by email.

The employee will need to find the information requested by the online system or form in the package of information we provide, and accurately transfer that information into the quoting system or form.

Upon the Account Managers instructions, the employee will be requested to complete:

• Update new Quotations in WinBEAT
• Premium Funding Rollover
• Renewal
• transfer renewal
• bind a policy
• complete the correct email to the Account Manager
• Save all communications in the Document Management
• System (DMS).
• Update the renewal spreadsheet for the Account Manager
• Full term/end term cancellations
• renewal policy amendments as required
