Position Overview:

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of accounting and payroll functions to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely employee compensation. This role combines elements of accounts payable, and general ledger support, requiring strong attention to detail and compliance with company policies and GAAP standards.

Responsibilities:

company policies and standards. 

Accounting Duties:

  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and position reports for financial transactions.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close, including reconciliations and journal
  • entries.
  • Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
  • Review and clean up purchase orders; monitor KPIs for AP processes.
