Job Title/Position - Graphic Artist / UI/UX Designer


    Job Responsibilities

    • Design and maintain UI components for website
    • Create high-quality visual assets for digital adoption efforts, including in-app visuals, landing pages, QR-driven flows, and instructional graphics
    • Translate product requirements, wireframes, and rough concepts into polished UI designs
    • Maintain and evolve design systems, brand guidelines, and reusable components
    • Collaborate closely with Product & Marketing to support releases and enhancements
    • Produce fast-turn assets for pilots, center rollouts, and feature launches
    • Ensure consistency across platforms, Medium and Large center use cases, and customer touchpoints
    • Support iterative updates based on feedback, analytics, and real-world usage
    • Day-to-day is execution-heavy, with frequent collaboration and short feedback loops.
      


    Top 4 Core Requirements (Priority, non-negotiable)

    • Strong UI design experience for web applications
    • Proven ability to design customer-facing marketing materials such as flyers, posters, signage, and promotional emails
    • Fluent English communication, written and verbal
    • 3+ years experience in UI design, digital product design, or related role


    Qualifications

    • Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
    • Experience working with design systems and component-based UI
    • Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles
    • Ability to work closely with developers and understand handoff requirements
    • Experience supporting live products, not just concept work
    • Familiarity with analytics-informed iteration is a plus
