Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative (Senior), you will:

• Handle inbound calls and incoming email.

• Enter, process and release sales orders accurately in the system.

• Provide product, pricing and availability information to wholesale clients.

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics Teams to ensure timely fulfillment and shipment of orders.

• Request and process payments on sales orders and credit card management.

• Verify validity of sales order discrepancies by obtaining and reviewing information from customers and / or sales reps.

• Support and work closely with the Accounting, Sales Team & Warehouse Staff.

• Provide support to salespeople.

• Research and process credit memos.

• Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipping, billing and returns.

• Contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience and company reputation.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables:

• Over one year of customer service-related experience.
• Ability to speak, write, and read English fluently and articulately.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, weight, and volume.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to cooperate with customers to resolve any issues that may arise.

Preferred skills/expertise:

• Some college or technical school in accounting-related courses.
• Proficiency in Excel.
