Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Eastwood, Quezon City

Work setup & shift: Onsite| Night shift

Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Tracking drug and alcohol tests and paperwork
• Speaking with customers, labs, and collection sites
• Follow up on drug results until completed/reviewed
• Keeping customers updated on all steps daily through system documentation and phone calls
• Correct spreadsheets and upload for random selections
• Account changes at labs
• Compile lists for customers of any no shows for testing.
• Good understanding of Department of Transportation regulations
• Strong communication skills
• Other duties as required.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience working in an office environment

• 1-2 years supporting customers in North America, USA
• 1-2 years inbound and outbound call
