About the job Assistant Account Executive

Assist Account Manager/Director with system processing, preparation of documentation, and file management for clients.

Duties include:

  • Processing of New Business; Renewals; Endorsements; Cancellations of policies using Winbeat (Sunrise, SCTP)
  • Re-Marketing
  • Preparation of Quotations Slips, and processing and preparing Quotations
  • Claims Management
  • Policy Documentation / Filing in Zoho CRM
  • Issue and distribution of Certificate of Currencies
  • Responding to queries raised by clients, insurers, and other interested parties
  • Client and Underwriter liaison (in regard to enquiries)
  • Report generation and distribution
  • Assist in the preparation of the end-of-month requirements
  • Assist in Debtors control under the guidance of the Account Manager
  • Assist in Premium Funding requirements under the guidance of the Account Manager/Director
  • Other tasks as delegated by the Account Manager/Director
