About the job Assistant Account Executive
Assist Account Manager/Director with system processing, preparation of documentation, and file management for clients.
Duties include:
- Processing of New Business; Renewals; Endorsements; Cancellations of policies using Winbeat (Sunrise, SCTP)
- Re-Marketing
- Preparation of Quotations Slips, and processing and preparing Quotations
- Claims Management
- Policy Documentation / Filing in Zoho CRM
- Issue and distribution of Certificate of Currencies
- Responding to queries raised by clients, insurers, and other interested parties
- Client and Underwriter liaison (in regard to enquiries)
- Report generation and distribution
- Assist in the preparation of the end-of-month requirements
- Assist in Debtors control under the guidance of the Account Manager
- Assist in Premium Funding requirements under the guidance of the Account Manager/Director
- Other tasks as delegated by the Account Manager/Director
