Supplier Relationship Manager

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a Supplier Relationship Manager to join our Global Reward Solutions (GRS) Procurement team in the Philippines. In this role, you'll own end-to-end relationships with brand and supplier partners, enable program expansion, and directly influence revenue growth across our global client ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Own, lead and manage the supplier network within the Philippines, ensuring alignment with GRS procurement and business goals.

Build, manage, and strengthen long-term supplier relationships to ensure order SLA compliance and maintain first-in-class service standards.

Maximize ROI and profitability through vendor rebate and incentive programs, extra margins and margin management.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing/Client Success teams to develop pricing strategies, co-marketing initiatives, and promotional opportunities.

Provide guidance to suppliers on pricing, product positioning, operational processes, and competitive insights.

Seek to optimize procurement and ops processes through cross-departmental projects.

Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to support data-informed decision-making.

Represent GRS at trade events, virtual showcases, and industry gatherings to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce, loyalty, vendor management, procurement, or account management.

Strong understanding of digital and e-commerce technologies, with the ability to quickly adopt new platforms and tools.

Proven success managing supplier or partner relationships in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent initiatives.

Fluency in English and Tagalog.
