Your role:
Completing projects, as assigned by the School Department. Providing prompt and thorough replies to and from our school patrons.
Providing general support to the School Department as needed, which can include but not limited to, moving and adjusting order dates, issuing customer credits accurately and ensure all adjustments are properly documented, create, update and maintain order forms and events.

Must Speak and write in fluent English.
Being a strong team player is essential, as you will work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain consistency, uphold accuracy, and provide timely support to the School Department.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities without sacrificing accuracy.
Ability to work independently without supervision.
