Your Role:

As a D365 Business Central Technical Analyst - HNCA, you will:
Analyse, design, develop, implement, and maintain D365 Business Central (BC) application systems
Monitor application performance to ensure optimal functionality, availability, and reliability
Improve application development processes, code quality, platform performance, and security
Provide hands-on application support, including proactive platform monitoring and issue resolution
Collaborate with internal and external teams to align applications with business and technology objectives
Participate in planning, analysis, and system design with focus on scalability, performance, and security
Develop solutions within the D365 CE ecosystem following best practices
Perform regular system security and performance checks and resolve identified issues
Identify and mitigate risks such as security threats, system errors, or performance bottlenecks
Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and development methodologies

What You Need:

Non-negotiables
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in D365 Business Central (BC) development
Strong experience in Dynamics 365 BC technologies, including Custom AL extensions and cloud-based ERP
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE technologies such as Microsoft Dataverse, MSCRM Document Core Pack, ClickDimensions, Custom PCF Controls, Dialog Builder, and ForceXrm Editable Grid
Solid background in software development, including relevant programming languages, frameworks, and tools

Preferred skills/expertise
Experience with Power Platform and Power Admin Centre
Exposure to enterprise-level application ecosystems and integrations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in cross-functional and collaborative environments
Knowledge of secure coding practices and performance optimization
