Your Role:

As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will:

• Design, build, and maintain Microsoft Fabric solutions including Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows Gen2, and Pipelines.
• Develop and optimize SQL-based data transformations to deliver analytics-ready datasets.
• Build and manage Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines for Microsoft Fabric and Power BI using Git and Azure DevOps.
• Manage Fabric deployment pipelines across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
• Define and maintain workspace governance, access controls, and enterprise data standards.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into trusted analytics and reporting solutions.
• Document architecture designs, data logic, technical processes, and operational standards.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, analytics engineering, or data engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills for data transformation and data modelling.
• Understanding of data governance, security, and workspace management.
• Experience managing semantic models, dashboards, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Ability to work independently and take ownership as an individual contributor.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience with Fabric Git integration and deployment pipelines.
• Exposure to CI/CD practices and Azure DevOps.
• Microsoft Fabric or Power BI certifications.
• Experience with enterprise data governance frameworks and standards.
• Familiarity with OneLake, Dataflows Gen2, and Fabric deployment pipelines.
• Experience working in scalable analytics and reporting environments.
