This role delivers high-quality administrative support to the Perth-based Personnel Logistics Group and their diverse customer base. You will manage the end-to-end processing of employee handovers, ensuring seamless data entry and management across both internal and customer systems. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who excels in fast-paced environments and takes pride in maintaining rigorous compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance & Verification: Review and verify employee certifications against specific client training matrices, escalating any discrepancies or concerns directly to the Perth team.
  • System Management: Issue required E-Learning modules and conduct scheduled audits of data entry and certificate uploads to maintain total data integrity.
  • Coordination: Collaborate closely with logistics team members to track the readiness of assigned tasks and respond to all information requests promptly.
  • Reporting: Generate ad-hoc reports as required to support operational transparency and workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: A completed College degree is an essential requirement for this position.
  • Preferred: Qualifications in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, alongside Microsoft Office Suite accreditation.
