Position: Recruiter

Position Summary

As a Recruiter at radEmploy, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and placing

top-tier healthcare professionals within our national client network.

This role requires speed, precision, and relationship-building excellence. You will serve as the

bridge between qualified candidates and healthcare facilities, ensuring a seamless, high-touch

recruitment experience from initial outreach through placement.

You will operate in a fast-paced environment focused on performance, responsiveness, and

measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Screening

Proactively source candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, direct

outreach, and database mining

Engage with candidates sourced via our automation workstreams

Conduct structured screening interviews to assess skills, experience, licensure, and

alignment

Identify high-quality candidates capable of rapid placement

2. Candidate Engagement

Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with healthcare professionals

Provide consistent communication and updates throughout the hiring process

Clearly communicate opportunity details, compensation, and expectations

Deliver a positive, high-integrity candidate experience

3. Client Collaboration

Understand client staffing requirements, timelines, and urgency

Present qualified candidates aligned with client needs

Act with responsiveness and accountability in high-priority searches

4. Offer Management & Closing

Support compensation discussions and offer negotiations

Guide candidates through acceptance and onboarding steps

Drive placement velocity while maintaining quality standards

5. Data & System Management

Maintain accurate and organized candidate records

Track pipeline movement and placement metrics

Ensure documentation is complete and current

Initially, activity tracking will occur via spreadsheet reporting. As systems evolve, you will

transition into the radEmploy admin portal and internal CRM infrastructure.

Qualifications

Basic understanding of healthcare staffing or the medical imaging landscape

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Natural relationship-builder with professional presence

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Adaptable and comfortable with fast-changing priorities
